TB replay recorder
Just a suggestion to discord bot, implement an auto record replay to vid/gif. so users can send .rpl file to be converted to vid/gif
I'm pretty sure the .rpl and video/gif formats exist within completely different systems and carry absolutely different data. I don't believe one can be converted into another easily via discord bot.

You would need to record your own screen into a video format via third party apps, just like you would with any other game. It's akin to trying to convert your .sav file from Terraria into a video walkthrough.
Doom can be played in discord by rendering a gif based on the inputs given through the url, so I'm just gonna +1
(And honestly it would be cool if the recording feature was part of toribash so we wouldn't have to send replays to a server)

I can see this feature being used as following: a three dots menu could appear in some part where the timeline is, so we can pick the option to "record to mp4", it plays the replay from the start without UI, when it finishes UI shows back up and the recording ends, there's a screenshots folder, we can use that same folder or make a new one for "recordings", just giving an idea.

If I knew how to do this with lua I would have tried already :S

All platforms Toribash is on have built-in methods for screen recording, please just use them.
A discord bot that produces a video recording from a rpl file is not impossible but it's a complete waste of resources for something you can easily do locally with close to zero effort.

I think this works, this would be the solution, in my opinion
