Only if they deserve it, in which case wont be so bad, but if it is down to someone say posting in the wrong thread by mistake or swearing in a post then its kind of petty really.

Just if it's needed, i said, we can easly delete a post if it's spam. And if continues we can pm the spammer. If he don't stop, well, we'll kick.
Don't think that kicking a member is the better way, we're a family and kick a member from yo family is like ....

and we should not kick anyone, only in extreme cases.

So no warning system, only pm if needed.
