Here's the head so far.

eye a little bit higher, in the back it should be rounder looks like you cut a part away there.
the lightning motive in the back looks good. 7/10 for the head : 3

The forehead design is really eye catching.

I think you should work on the back because nearly half the back of the head is plain black.

Add some more designs to it.

those front plates have no flow with the rest of the head, eyes are just a big smudge
