As for me you used too much grain, looks rly bad
Buuut, all render looks good, specially your idea, and how you do it, but not a grain

WAYYYY to much grain
and the background looks a little 2 dark, probably just my computer screen

Put some blood in background i think it will look good

It is not grain, it is noise: feature of cycles render on the weak PC.

aside from what was already mentioned, the lighting looks a little off compared to the background.. maybe have it a little more behind the character

its cool I guess, the noise just makes it look bad though.
Make sure to turn the samples up for a higher quality render
