It would be nice instead of pages and pages of alts and similar situations, you could condense the ban list.
The thought is:
Take the first account associated with banned person's IP address and then show only that account on the ban list with a drop down menu or something within that line of text showing all the other account names.

Why do you need this? Sounds like a lot more effort than it's worth.

Yeah no, we're not about to start grouping users and accounts by ip just so people can attempt to find out who is who while on alts.

How about just a search bar, though? Surely that shouldn't be that hard to implement.

The fact that ban list is publicly available is already a privilege to regular users as there is no reason why it should be. Why would you possibly ever need to search or filter it other than "for the hell of it"?
