while i thought for the longest time that the dq timer was fine as is i think a better system would be something like this

(body part here): 12 (frames touching ground)

probably put it under the name or having a number appear on the ground instead of the opacity thing, as its hard to judge when you start touching the ground sometimes

though the only problem at least with the first thing is space, the 2nd option is good i would just like something that requires a lot less guess work.

could even be the tooltip when you hover over the bodypart
