I dont know if its something with my settings or not but I have activated my glow and put it on my force but I still cannot see it if anyone knows the issue please help.

Please make sure you're playing with Toribash 5.52 and have shaders with item effects enabled. Looks fine here when I check your Tori so there should be no issues with items.
