Apologies for the intrusion, but I figured I'd jump in and wish you guys good luck with the new start. I'm rather impressed with your efforts thus far to reform the clan, stalin. =)
Just a few quick pointers:
1.) Try to get people who are active both ingame and on the forums. Cut down on the double/triple/etc. posting (active [but not spam-y] members will do this for ya.)
2.) Watch out on who gets authority in the clan. People might seem friendly enough until they decide "Hey, nobody's in the server, it couldn't hurt to just up my belt a bit".
3.) Attempt to maintain a solid reputation in the forums. BN's got a rocky past so this might be the hardest.
All that said, good luck once more!
