It's why some people do physical and aggressive sports like Rugby and Boxing (probably more) to release anger, but if you wanted to just get into shape or have a hobby then working out is a good way to start.

I've seen this event that someone made and even after a whole week only 1 person signed up to it. Honestly I expected a lot of people to sign up to it considering it is an event that good competitive players who take part in but I guess not and so I decided to sign up as well for the fun of it and to help Sleepy out with the signups a little since it's his first event (i think)
