you see my clan is having a war now but the room is full and none of my clan members are caring about the forums so I suggest this
for example:if I wanna tell them from a room to another I type /whisper name and then warn them

Steam shouldn't be an excuse. This would help, regardless. Most players want to play a videogame. They don't want to download 2 versions of toribash or join an irc.

Say if you can't get in a server because of server player limit and your friend is inside and you want to talk to him urgently (for some situation. eg-"terrorist spongbobs are attacking my house plz help me #lol #YOLO). Then you can't be sure that he/she will be on irc.

its true I can use steam and skype and stuff but what if I dont have them?

You don't 'buy' a steam account, you download one, it's a completely free thing along with the free games including toribash, you only have to buy the paid games if you want them that is.
