Self Decap
I thought this was a funny decap on myself, discovered completely by accident, most likely you guys have seen this before.

I have a nice way to do a self decap, here are the steps

Hold All (c)

Contracting Right Pecs
Lowering Right Shoulder
Contracting Right Elbow
Relaxing Right Wrist
Grabbing Mode (Right Hand)
Extending Neck
Right Rotating Chest

Space x2
Shift+Space x1

Contracting Right Wrist
Extending Right Elbow


That is all there is to it, enjoy!
I'm back and stuff, it's probably temporary.

Mine is:
Contract right elbow
Raise right shoulder
Grab right hand
Contract left elbow

Space x2

Extend Left Elbow
Extend Right Elbow

End result: Rips off your shoulders and decapitates yourself.
