Full explanation posted in the inactivity thread, but the short of it is I'm going to be very busy with work and wont stand a chance against Teague's level of activity. Very sorry to all those who were keeping up to date with this, but I will be stepping down and admitting defeat. There's just no way I could keep up the activity needed for this.
