What if I upload it to whatever online system the game has? Sure it would be Xbox live then PSN but if UFC Undisputed 3 has an independent online system it might work.

different platform = different code used in programming

Well it's not impossible for the same game on 2 different platforms to use the same save format, just give it a try.

Ok I will It worked for PS2 to PS3 so no harm in trying Xbox 360 to PS3
