What do you think? Any ideas what could I change? Do you think the size of the logos is good?

Ye, remove the shadow, increase the size of the front a little, and lower the "Join Us" on the back a tiny bit.

Unfortunately, I can't change the logos.
Edit: I could remove the shadow though I guess.
