Activity is bad: incentive to raise it
Forum's daily login reward.
It can be realized after a post on the forum.
In addition of daily login you can make the price of some posts. Someone reach 10 posts for example and after get some tc, big avatar for 10 days every 50 posts, maybe anything else.
