Maybe your firewall blocks Toribash, so the servers don't upload. Do you use ZoneAlarm ? If not, try to see if your firewall doesn't block Toribash, and if it still doesn't work, try to re-download the game. Or, your internet connection is too slow. Please, try to use more informative thread titles please.
