A bounty is reward for decapitating someone (or beating, im unsure).

For the text to come up ingame below your name you need to tick the option which costs 2000tc.
As for closing a thread, you click on "thread tools" just above the OP and the option is in that drop box.
However you may only do this if you created the thread or have moderator powers.
Also you can't close rapid threads, only rapid thread mods can do that.

Yeah, I only don't like erthtkv2 because of the mod's name. Make it "tkv2," and the mod will instantly become more popular. This is a valid reason as the name of the mod is still an important feature that no one seems to have yet discussed.
