This looks really good so far but i would also like to say that his mouth is weird. It does look like he has an upper lip.

I disagree with the mouth comment and the "making him old" comment.
Different people have different facial structures and I've seen people with
more prominent lower lips than upper lips, this looks perfect to me in terms
of the mouth and age of the person. Only thing it needs is more facial features
to distinguish the face a bit more.
