what program do you use to open CD4?

it's a .C4D and you open it with C4D... (Cinema 4D)

You might want to add, that the rig only works with Release 11 of C4d , but other than that it works perfectly fine, and I suggest reading the read me file before trying to pose the model.

I have a rig in blender.. and the proportions aren't off like this. Why is this stickied?
