I would like a Left and Right Bicep,Tricep and hand texture that fits with my Avatar

The head should look like the head of my avatar.
The left and right bicep and triceps should be like an inverted black and white tribal ( Black BG,White Tribal )
The Hand should be a Panda paw on the bottom and fur on the sides and top

Should be minimalistic style.

Will pay 2-6K depending on quality and if it's what i'm visualising.
