The story behind this set/character is he is an anomaly of sorts. Taking inspiration from "SCP" type characters I wanted to design my own and implement it as a Toribash set! This creature is a being with the ability to teleport, and pass his arms through solid matter. He can control whether or not he wants his arms to affect matter. His skin has the appearance of a modern day business suit, but it is not made out of cloth, it is apart of him. This creature tends to hangout in dark abandoned office buildings but has been known to travel. This is all that is known about him at this time.
