its a user title. there are 4 to my knowledge. Junior Member (30-50 posts), Member (50-100 posts), Senior Member (500-1,500 posts), and finally Ub3r (1,500+ posts)

its when you reach 1500 posts.

yea, i think ive seen one of those before.but most of the people who have 4k+ posts have prime.
