Unloadscripts.lua does not unload scripts anymore
As multiple scripts can be run at once unloadscripts.lua does not work anymore. I enabled random and had to restart the game
All scripts need a dedicated exit method to be unloaded properly starting with 5.4, unloadscripts.lua was never actually unloading anything - it was more of a dummy empty script that'd you load and stop other stuff from executing due to legacy ways of handling hooks.
