Here's what I have so far, I didn't get enough time to make it with a ton of details and such, but tell me if you'd like me to go forward with this head and add more black into the hair like I would and put those glasses on his forehead...?

@ Monobi, a real awesome head, try to add some red colors at the hairs, make the hair fuller and ABIT longer at the back, i misspelled, at the ping below the left eye.. sorry. i thought its the right one ( omg i failed.)
the sunglasses are really awesome, and the band too, maybe add a SMALL! outline from a chihuahua ( or a cat) in black at the middle of the back from the band
