Right Bending Lumbar
Left Rotating Chest
Contract pecs
Contract Abs
Contract Right Hip
Contract Right Elbow
Extend Left Elbow
Extend Wrists
Extending Neck
Grabby Hands
Space x1
Lower Right Shoulder
Contract Left Elbow
Contract Hips
Space x1

I wish we had one for Judo... I'm using two of them, and two isn't exactly variety...

I have tried this move on judo and on classic and it has worked pretty well

maiden, useing that moove in judo for some reason,
my leg usually comes off so i use something different
but its still a hell of a moove
