i want to buy a mac computer for 1100 i have spotted the one, and my friends older brother says its alot cheaper if you buy the parts and assemble it and he said he will do that for me what should i do? i think i want tell me tips advice etc on what i should do thanks.

i have a mac and i think its pretty good. but there are times when i wish i bought a pc instead.

I have a mac. Love it. The only time I dont love it is when I try to download games. Its practically impossible to find a good game that works on macs.

mainly cuz OSX uses the specs alot more efficently, like having 2GB of ram is like 3 or 4 on XP,

also you can install both XP and mac OSX onto a mac

And I need a gaming comp. Sorry I didn't specify that. And I would rather have a desktop then a laptop and that alienware laptop is sweeeet

In this case, why are you even considering Mac? That's just ridiculous.

What you want to do is buy the parts you need to build a computer and assemble them yourself. You can save some big bucks this way.
