I realize this is a pretty simple mod. I realize that many of you can do it yourself. This is for if you don't want to or don't know how to do it.
As if it wasn't obvious enough, this mod combines the speed of lightning fighters, the rotating chest of windmill, and the instagib feet mod.

Game rules are your preference.
If seeing is believing for you, you're being provided for too. Plenty of replays to watch.
