Ok this is what I am going to do. I am going to try and treat every one as adults and give every one lots of responsibility.
What you see now as the rule page, it will be cleared of all rules.

Ok, so what I am doing is taking all the rules off. and let you guys have some free will here. The only rules that will be inforced imediatly are bannable offense ones. Things like posting porn and such.
If things become a problem, rules will slowly start to be added, and they will be enforced alot harder.
That means if every one starts spaming, I will post here saying that no spamming has been added to the rules.
It will start to be enforced. The only thing that will happen is that you will get a warning for doin it if you do it to much. If it is still being a problem, I will add a / next to the rule, and that means that it more strict warnings will be given out. Two /'s means punishment might be started and it gets worse from there.
Me and the leaders are going to treat every one how they should be treated. Hopefully we will have to add no rules and treat every one like adults, but don't ruin it for every one else.
P.S. Some simple rules will be left there, but its not much.
