Rankings: Soaking (Leader), Wet (Co-Leader), Damp (Members), Dry (Trial Members).

Price: I have 40k, impress me.
Colors: Water colors...shades of blue, silverish colors.
Details: I would like some water droplets if possible and a puddle where 'Soak' will be. Same goes for the rest of the banners but without a puddle. Just the colors and some water droplets coming off some letters ;)

If you are doing the rankings, do this:

Soaking - Add a lot of of blues and water colors with a lot of water droplets + a puddle.
Wet - Less water droplets still with water colors.
etc...
