Now, There is actually No way to Scramble a player, You can only Scramble a whole queue at once, Though you are going to have to be an Operator in that server.
If your an Operator, /scramble to scramble the queue.
What Scrambling does:
It nudges every single player in the queue to a different part in the queue.

You have to be a oporator of that server
In official servers u can't only Super Moderators, Adminstators and Toriagents can.
