A New Plan for NEWB.
Mmkay, the details are still being worked out, but basically, a group similar to the Promo Team is going to be the new NEWB. This group will be led by me, and coaches for each mode.

It'll be similar to NEWB's old graduation system. Again, we still have to work out details, but...

So, yeah, just a heads-up. :3
