Yes, but the challenge is everywhere. I find guards hard to kill as a whole. I suggest elderscrolls4 to get that thing.

Examples if games I think are good for boss battles:
Soul series
Shadow of the colossus
Devil may cry 3 (only loosely, I would prefer it not to be a hack and slash game.)
Castlevania curse of darkness
Monster Hunter
Diablo series
Bleed
Terraria
Bonus points for games with little to know modern weapons
Things I don't like:
Turn based Rpgs
Hack and slash bosses (there are exceptions)
Games with bosses that are few and far apart

There is also a new game called Sunless Sea, it's a special hand drawn rpg ish, roguelike ish, boat.... boom... travel... get stuff... lore game....
