.. This is the Halloween lottery my friend! You are able to purchase lottery tickets from the Torishop (a link will be provided below), and, if you're lucky, you might win some awesome goodies for this season. This Halloween Lottery will feature one tier which includes all our spooky treats.Tickets are 5,000 TC PER ticket, or you can purchase 5 tickets for the price of 4 tickets at 20,000 TC.

This is just a notification that once the lottery has concluded, the draw and prize rollout will be completed on Monday the 1st of November, this is due to constraints, limiting me from handling the rollout on the 31st of October.
Otherwise, there will be no other delays to the lottery.
