Posting things like what server your in or if somebody wants to play and those types of things are appropriate, or just talking about other such things(can talk about pretty much anything as long as its not just spammy or stupid)

Things that shouldn't be posted are flaming, begging, insulting or any such other posts. Also spam is a no no :< So keep your posts usefull/ontopic or i'll delete them.
