After watching a few Toribash sparring/parkour montages and Mocucha's sparring tutorial, I was inspired to try some sparring practice in singleplayer

I have attached a replay with my practice moves to my post.

What I would like are some tips to get better at what I am doing right now.
If there is anything I could improve, I'd love to know!

If I could be informed a bit on topics like momentum and balance, that'd be great.
