does muteall/unmute all script and the rules.lua work for 3.9?
I never tested them but on muteall script i get flood kicked lol.

how do you mute/unmute all ingame and also does the rules.lua work ingame?

The script for tourneys? No, you'll get a flood kick. Unless you add some delays or use the enter_freeze hook for each line, or something else.
