Maybe reposition the eyes and lower the fringe a bit? Make the headband stand out a bit more too, and make sure it has that scratch on it

Its not new realy it have been out since Oct 3, 2002 to Feb 8, 2007 .

Watch shippuuden later when you're doig Shippuden is more epic :P.

All I copied was the headband sign
