Take that Mario user as an example. After around the 3rd or 4th time that he got hacked and robbed of tc, everyone with the power to do something about it just simply quit. 99% of the time the staff will hold your hand and walk you through turning on your computer to play toribash though, so we aren't the most hurried up people.
