You are so wrong with that.
If you send your tc to the wrong person, post in scam reports. Follow the correct format for your report and we will make sure your tc gets back to you. TSA's get lots of pm's, they don't need more and will possibly miss yours and your tc will be lost forever.
TL:DR: Post in scam reports if you send to the wrong person.
