not sold on the eye shape, and something about those black/darkblue outlines on the detail on top is throwing me off.

agreed on both parts.
fixed the eye shape, just havent bothered ot remake the preview.
outlines in a few places are too hard, especially around the eyes of the mask and side plate things, even for me, who loves outlines, will soften them/get rid of them.

The ears on Deathstroke feel a bit out of place, whereas I feel like the Batman cowl could have the jawline extend up to suggest ears (Something similar to what you did for Capt. America). EARS EARS EARS.

Yeah deathstroke ears, meh.
Had the same ideas as you for batman, wen back last night and added ear impressions and a curve to the back of the head, was late though, so didnt update the preview.
with the ear impressions the jawline looks alot more defined, so not sure it needs extending or anything, any higher than that looked a bit odd.

will update that preview when i finish up at work.
