No, I believe you could buy QI for a very long time. You simply had to PM Hampa and the likes.

And that's why Hampa made this. It's easier for him and easier for those who are interested in QI purchase. I don't understand why it's such a problem now, it's been going for a long time.

buying Qi was legal a couple of years back.
then transfers came in
and now you can buy again

me123ster never bought Qi, but botting i can believe.
he's just ALWAYS in the blackbelt kb server...
iv only ever seen him speak once befor, in russian.
always uses the same moves, except against me, because iv played against him so much over the years, you tend to pick up on things.

basically, gentlement dont use money to get what they want.
