paypal is not only credit cards its like an online bank account for money from anywhere

You don't need a credit card. This is for people without credit cards.

However, after you do a bunch of surveys, it says, "No surveys available."
I wonder if they just keep that on there forever, so you give them free surveys, but can't redeem any moneys.

Nice referral link I spose'. Anyways, AW surveys is a scam. Only 90% of people who used it got there money what so ever. After you do the surveys, they won't give you more. The only way to get "Money" from it afterwards is to refer "friends" or people. I am guessing this is a referral link.
