It's like this even in the shop, pretty sure it's a bug.
It will likely be fixed eventually

want to point out even though I don't own the item, I tested it in the shop and this is still broken.

This item was the first hair iirc, of course it's broken.

It was fine for a long while, and now it and alot of other hairs are broken.
It's trying to have a texture of other hairs, but it's not consistent.
