My question is: How exactly do you how do I say, "prioritize" your days on the forums when moderating. Do you guys check forums, PMs first, and then go in-game. Explain to me <3

Check Pms.
Check and handle staff stuff. Reports and whinebox mostly.
Enter Irc sometime here.
Check Clan events board.
Check clan board.
Check Hall of Shame and Tp/Vip board.
Check Rapid Threads, Beginner Sanctuary and Offtopic.

used to:
-pm's
-open 3 tabs (GM's, Smod and Clan), check for news there.
-Reports or things like those.
-IRC
-Ingame if needed.

used to:
check pms
check the few reports that hadnt been done yet
clan board
GATA/animeunited org boards
check every thread in the art board
whinebox
check to see if offtopic/discussion had anything interesting

Let's start about morning shall we?
I wake up (it's _always_ morning when I wake up, no matter what clock says).
Then I go brew some coffee. (<- The important part.)

..How I moderate?

1. I log to IRC. I'm always there so I get shit ton of queries, hilights 'n whatnot so I just ignore them and proceed to make some joke about lazy GMs.
2. I'll open forums and ignore all PMs I've received. (I've gotten pretty nice collection of ignored PMs, even if I say so myself!
3. Whinebox. Usually easiest place to get my morning laughs. It was the thing I missed most when being non-staffy person. :3
Also, it probably has funniest stuff to share with non-staff members. Share the laughs!
4. I check IRC, someone has probably said something so it's always worth checking it. Even if for just sake of ignoring it.
5. I spin around in my office chair. Wiiiiii!
6. I'll look for someone to infract/ban/abuse with my powers. Gotta keep them quotas, ya know?
7. I'll pick my nose. Might found something interesting from there.
