He seems to win just about every duel with Aerosmith, who's one of the top duelers rn, and also happens to have been banned for illegally selling tc, then Cicada sells all that TC, and they also happen to be friends...Cicada is definitely in my opinion one of the best players RN just look at all the TC he won from Aerosmith
