Disable resample, right click > properties > disable resample

also, try to get some sync using videos envelopes, right click > insert/remove envelope > velocity, right click to add points

to overcome these massive screenpumps, press shift while cropping (disables snapping), that will make the pumps less powerful, try to experiment with right clicking on each keyframe for the p/c, fast/slow/linear/hold/smooth

Turn off trails.
At least try to edit the video.
Spend more time on it, it looks like you totally ignored me and still haven't disabled resample.
Don't bother to post here if al the vids look like this without no improvement like from the samurai vid to this.

The freecam was a little more bearable in this video

You should try syncing the video a little (Speeding up at areas nearer to the hits and stuff and slowing down elsewhere)

i would watch other people's edits to get an idea of what you should have.

the replays were awful. showcasing these replays itself was kind of silly.
