Not possible. It would just be an obstruction to game-play. It would either be too bulky or straight over the Tori which would look wonky and stupid. Hats with rag-doll physics already have glitchy effects sometimes, and a whole outfit simply isn't possible. Though, accessories from the Gi wouldn't hurt. For instance, Black Belt and up could have a free 3D item, a belt that goes around the waist. each Dan gives them a white stripe on the Belt until Master, which reverts to black, with white text saying "Master", or something like that. Custom would have their belt name on it instead of Master, and so on.

I think deal with it glasses would be a cool idea, just in case you don't know what it is, it's pixelized sunglasses. Look it up for a better image

It's stated that "belts don't look good... (yet)"

But we can hope and wait.

Belt doesn't have to be worn around the waist either, but could be e.g headbands, worn around thigh, worn around upp arm.

Even wrist would look cool with a roll of belt with two straps flying around.

That would be a very weird addition the the face. Imagine a head texture with a nose. Honestly I think there is no way to add a nose to your Tori's head without making it look goofy...
