No.of throws:1
No.of thrown bodyparts:1
Goal: Get as many headshots with a single thow of any bodypart, all hits are counted, self dmg doesen´t need to be on.
I got 3 hits.

Wow. I'll have to give this a shot later, but I don't think I could get more than 3 in one throw. I doubt a lot of people could.
