Toribash
[3D] Cone Hat
So, I saw blender out on steam so I decided to give it a try.
After a few hours of learning how it all works, this is what I came up with.

Yolo

Made in blender, if it wasn't obvious enough.
Not sure if it's enough to CnC but please do if you can.

I'm giving this out for free, you'll have the download link below.
command is:
Command code:
/obj load custom/Yourname/ConeHat1.obj 0 0 29 255 0 0 0

Just put the containing files into the chosen custom folder, Change Yourname into that folders name.
And type that command ingame

Download link

Have a good day.

Make it red. Add a white strip.
Should be awesome.

But this one isn't bad either. Nice work.

I need to ask a question, how did you get the colours of the object to change in game? I got the modelling part done, I just cant get the bleddy object to change colour.

You need to find a number wich represents your colour.
And put it in where it says 85.
/Obj load custom/Yourname/yourfile.obj 0 0 85 255 0 0 0

----

You will also probably need to change the colour in blender to what colour you'd like. (Make sure the object you want to add colour to is selected.

Steps:

1. Click on the red ball, wich represents materials.

Image

2. Add a new material slot.

Image

3. Click new.

Image

4. Change the colours. Diffuse = Object colour. Specular = Reflecion colour.

I shall give this a try

Okay so I've tried this but it saves the textures as an mtl file. so it's a material file. This isn't quite what I'm looking to do as those aren't renderable in toribash.

Watch this guy until 1:19 And do what he says to your model. Ofc you can paint your own texture etc.

Than find the texture you used.(can be any format of picture. .jpg, png, bmp etc.) Open it with photoshop. Save as "bodypart"_obj.tga.
Export your object from blender. Rename it "bodypart".obj

("bodypart" is the part your object will appear on. head, r_biceps etc...)

Now go to Toribash/custom folder. Create a Folder Called 3dtextured
enter there. right click, new, text document.
open it with notepad and paste these

item.dat text

Save as "item.dat" in 3dtextured folder.

now copy your "bodypart".obj and "bodypart"_obj.tga into 3dtextured folder. open game. /lp 0 3dtextured and it will appear.
