The quality in Ern's video isn't all that great.
Anyway use the template 6.7 MBPS HD 1080p - 25p Video. Make your screen resolution smaller, from the look of how small the mouse is when it's visible, your screen must be very big, fix that.
Also if you have the full version of fraps. Recording with No Sync is recommended.

Well first choose a song that is cool and that makes you happy, and not this type of song.
Then use better shadders, and make effects with it.
The quality is not that bad, but I do dislike the free-cam.
Also sync the video with the song.
But damn it
how im delete this big motion blur on my vid
Im wanna make a vid QUALITY LIKE THIS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjvL25lya8o

Let's see if I can help you:
First of all, you have to record with the following resolution: 1280x720.This guarantees you the high quality.
Don't forget about toribash's fps. It must be set on 60 (so you can easily work on slowmotion parts when you edite the clip).
When you have done recording and editing the video, go to its properties and select the widescreen option.

1280x720""
THats ok
"It must be set on 60
In fraps?
"its properties and select the widescreen option.
Where? SONY VEGAS?
